shopper'. Mystery shoppers are people who get paid by companies to
go to stores and a variety of other places to 'report' on that company.
The company whom hires you gives you a list of questions for you to fill
out when your 'mystery' shopping venture is over. Questions vary,
and can be anything from how was the customer service, to how long did you
have to wait in line, how did the store look, what was the name of the
employee, how long did it take for your food to arrive, etc.
Make sure you get all
the questions answered and write down everything as soon as you leave so
you remember it all, (in your car is fine) don't ever write down your info
in the store in front of workers, if you feel you need to jot down an
answer to remember it head over the 'changing room' or even the 'restroom'
to privately write it down and put the list back in your purse.
